Final Sale Item... Don't Take the $30 Risk! Mar 08, 2012
By CJB This is a review for Rush Industries who is the only seller of Rubii Beauty Underwear on Amazon: I bought Rubii's padded panties & they arrived with a sticker stating: "Federal regulations prevent us from exchanging merchandise that comes in contact with genitalia.. no returns accepted." This Final Sale return policy was stated NOWHERE on their seller page/item listing and since I have bought returnable bathing suits & underwear through Amazon before, this is obviously a seller tactic by Rush Industries to avoid issuing any refunds.
Since all padded panties are made differently and sizing varies greatly, buying $30 panties sight-unseen with no return policy is a huge risk to take. I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund, thankfully Amazon protects their buyers when their sellers don't.
